MIAMI, FLORIDA – May 18, 2006 -- TelePlus Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ OTCBB: TLPE) (Frankfurt: YT3.F) (www.teleplus.ca) (“TelePlus” or the “Company”) is proud to announce that its fully-owned subsidiary, TelePlus Wireless, Corp. has entered into an affiliate agreement (“affiliate agreement”) and an international long distance agreement (“long distance agreement”) with MobileSphere. The agreements were signed at the 2006 MVNO Summit currently being held in Las Vegas, NV. The affiliate agreement will provide TelePlus’ wireless brand, Liberty Wireless, access to MobileSphere’s partnership with over 20 U.S. universities. MobileSphere's MobileU (www.mobile-u.net) enables colleges and universities to provision and market multiple student communications services, including highly cost-effective domestic and international long distance, prepaid mobile phone services, free domestic text messaging, international text messaging and mobile media services. With this new agreement, Liberty Wireless will become a preferred wireless telecommunications provider for MobileU™ and get access to its extensive customer base. MobileU™ is currently available to more than 20 major universities, including a number of Ivy League schools and large state institutions. The no contract, no commitment “pay as you go” service is attractive to students and others across the country.

The long distance agreement provides Liberty Wireless customers with integrated bundles for deeply discounted international calling rates. "We are pleased to have been selected by Liberty Wireless to provide its subscribers with low-cost international long distance,” commented Macomber. This new value-added service will also feature a real-time call record interface so customers can monitor their international calling bundles from mymobileaccount.com, Liberty Wireless’ web-based customer portal.
“This feature taps right into our target audience, especially international students and recent immigrants, who don’t have established credit but desire a competitive and flexible wireless service that gives them the freedom to place inexpensive international calls and Liberty Wireless is now in a position to offer them a true alternative,” noted McLaren.
